Return and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent in the original packaging.
Several conditions of the goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that have been intimately used. We do not provide exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. Please take a look at our sizing chart and order the right size before purchase.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. So please send us an email with your order confirmation number as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item, please send us a message on our contact page and we will guide you through our exchange process. Shipping will need to be paid for the new item.
To return your product, you should email us first at email@example.com and we guide you through the return process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for obtaining the new item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
